Yes! We do free shipping for any orders that are over $50.

We currently do our own shipping.

Shipping usually takes 3-4 working days upon order received. Please note that we do not operate on the weekends. If the order is received on a weekend, the following monday will then be considered the first day of the working days period.

For faster alternative to receiving your toys, we’d recommend an in-store pickup option at our retail partners.

Please be patient with our delivery system as sometimes it could be due to overwhelming orders that are being handled.

Unfortunately, we do not practise returning or exchanging of orders once items have been confirmed and purchased.
