How much is the shipping?

We ship your educational toys island-wide in Singapore at a fixed price of $5.00.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We do free shipping for any orders that are over $50.

How fast can I expect to receive my toys?

We currently do our own shipping.

Shipping usually takes 3-4 working days upon order received. Please note that we do not operate on the weekends. If the order is received on a weekend, the following monday will then be considered the first day of the working days period.

For faster alternative to receiving your toys, we’d recommend an in-store pickup option at our retail partners. 

You may find them here.

What if I didn't receive my toys after completing my order?

Please be patient with our delivery system as sometimes it could be due to overwhelming orders that are being handled. 

However, if you feel that the order delivery is taking longer than the usual period disputed, feel free to reach out to us at +65 67431184 or email us at sm.support@lancashire-toys.com.sg to check on your order. Our team is here to help during business hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5:00pm.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Unfortunately, we do not practise returning or exchanging of orders once items have been confirmed and purchased.
